Palmer Richardson, Esq., Associate

Palmer is an experienced defense attorney with expertise in corporate compliance, transactional law, and civil litigation.  His litigation experience includes the defense of municipalities and government agencies with a focus primarily in the areas of tortious injury, general civil liability, and public contract law.  Additionally, his defense work has included employee investigations, labor relations, and Section 1983-related cases. 

In addition to his litigation practice, Palmer has experience developing legal solutions and providing legal advice in the area of corporate compliance.  Prior to joining Davis Legal Group, Palmer served as Director of Corporate Compliance and Regulatory Affairs.  During that time, he developed operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and Federal mandates, engaged in contract negotiation, and managed contractual matters related to third-party acquisitions and risk mitigation. 

As an additional component of his transactional law and advisory practice, Palmer supports DLG's Real Property Practice Group.  Having extensive experience in real estate closings and working closely with clients on real estate related matter, Palmer brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm.
